Motivational Mecca 1

So I’ve been thinking about embarking upon a life coaching course to…yep you’ve guessed it…become a life coach. I’ve been receiving such good feedback from you all that I feel inspired to inspire (if that makes any sense). Anytime I get an idea I run with it (see my post Write the vision) so why not start my motivational mecca right now, this is the first in a series of posts about how you can put your goals and visions into action. What are your goals? If you have goals have you written them down? When do you expect to achieve them? What is your purpose in life? I want you to write a couple of sentences of what you think you were placed on earth to do, underneath that I want you to write down 20 goals that you want to achieve within the next 5-10 years. Be specific of how many years you would like to achieve these but also be realistic. If you feel like sharing some of your goals you can below. In the meantime between time if you can’t think of any, here are some suggestions;

  1. Visit a new continent
  2. Travel to at least 10 new countries
  3. Make at least one friend in each country you visit
  4. Take an unplanned/spontaneous trip
  5. Learn a new language
  6. Boost your financial stability
  7. Create an online business
  8. Develop a habit of daily exercise
  9. Start eating healthy
  10. Become a disciplined person
  11. Read at least 20 books
  12. Write a book
  13. Go offline for a whole month
  14. Take a picture of yourself everyday for a year
  15. Complete a 21 day fast
  16. Make a list of the things that truly make you happy
  17. Spend a night under the stars
  18. Get Married
  19. Have children
  20. Buy property

This is only a few goals and many of you may have already achieved most of them, but if theres some goals you would like to share or if you have decided to use the list above let me know how you get on.

Peace, love and harmonious times ahead x
